We had a nice trip to Oregon and got to see both sides of the family.

Del Mar

They're doing something funny on the beach at Del Mar. I'm not sure if they're attempting to extend the bank here, or just needed someplace to put all this sand that they dug up on the North end of the beach. But there's a big mound-shaped wall running along a long stretch of beach here.

They're building something in the field we like to walk through. Hopefully we'll still be able to walk through when they're done.

Snorts — Lots of big machinery ("snorts").
